The very first thing that we all are excited about every new month is the new research breakthrough Pokémon. In the September 2020 Research Breakthrough, the featured Pokémon will be Alolan Raichu. Alolan Raichu will be available for trainers as the mysterious research breakthrough Pokémon from September 1, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to October 1, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT. The Electric and Psychic-type Pokémon is good against fighting, electric, steel, psychic, and flying type attacks, while weak against dark, ground, bug, and ghost type attacks. If you want to catch the Alolan Raichu, then this is a great opportunity to not only catch the Pokémon but its Shiny form as well.
Pokémon GO September 2020 Legendary Raid Bosses
September will be a great month to hunt down and catch some legendary Pokémon. The Pokémon GO September 2020 will be featuring as many as four legendary raid bosses that you can battle, defeat, and then catch the same. Although, the duration that is for how long the legendary raid bosses will stay in the raids varies. During the hour-long period, a specific Pokémon gets in the spotlight, the spawn rate of the spotlight Pokémon is increased. Great news for all the PvPers, the GO Battle Night Event will give you a chance to earn twice the amount of Stardust for winning battles in the Pokémon GO Battle League. The GO Battle Night will be a 6-hour event that will be live on September 24, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. local time. By winning any battle in the GO Battle league, trainers will earn twice the amount of stardust for winning and getting to a higher rank, and along with that, the number of battle sets will be increased from five to twenty.
Pokémon GO September 2020 Community Day
Community days are always great and provide an opportunity for the trainers to catch the featured Pokémon and evolve it during the event to make it learn a special move. This time, the featured Pokémon for the September Pokémon GO community day event will be Porygon. Porygon will be appearing in the wild more frequently on September 20, 2020, and players who will evolve Porygon into Porygon Z during the community day event it will learn a special move, the Tri Attack.
Goodbye to Team GO Rocket’s Jessie and James
Jessie and James, the stars of Team Rocket, will soon be leaving Pokémon GO, and the trainer will not be able to battle them anymore. Jessie and James are quite special as they have their own personalized Team GO Rocket balloon that is designed like a Meowth. If you have not encountered them yet, be sure to check out the timings when the Team GO Rocket balloons spawn on the map.
